Meet Nicki Brady



Nicki Brady is a dynamic leader with over 14 years of expertise in recruitment, workforce management and transformation, making a significant impact across the NHS and beyond. Her career is defined by her ability to build meaningful relationships, lead with purpose and deliver innovative workforce solutions that drive sustainable growth and long-term success.


Nicki began her journey at Acacium Group in 2010, playing a pivotal role in implementing a key strategic client for Bank Partners. Her exceptional leadership contributed to the remarkable growth of the business, securing one of the company’s largest clients - a partnership that remains strong over a decade later. As Operations Director, her strategic acumen and passion for transformation shaped the trajectory of Bank Partners, establishing it as a standout success within the industry.


In 2019, Nicki stepped into the role of Managing Director for Pulse Nursing, where she faced the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic with resilience and innovation. During this time, she was seconded to support the NHS Nightingale Hospital’s COVID-19 plans, a testament to her credibility and strong relationships within the healthcare sector. Under her leadership, Pulse Nursing not only navigated the complexities of the pandemic but also achieved "Business of the Year" in 2021, reflecting growth across onboarding, sales, and workforce deployment.


Today, as Strategic Workforce Director, Nicki combines her extensive expertise in bank, managed services and agency operations to design fit-for-purpose workforce solutions. Her work supports NHS England, ICBs, Trusts and independent providers, aligning with the NHS's long-term plans. A passionate advocate for mental health, she has also spearheaded initiatives to provide much-needed support for children and young people in education - a role she finds deeply rewarding as a parent.
