During her impressive 18-year tenure with Acacium Group, she led multiple high-performing divisions as Managing Director, including one of the largest and most profitable staffing brands in the group. Her leadership also saw the inception of pioneering projects, such as an innovative digital mental health service that peaked at supporting more than 4,000 patients – a true testament to her forward-thinking approach and commitment to impactful solutions.
Kathryn’s consultancy expertise covers a broad range of strategic areas, from shaping overall business strategy and operations, to supporting start-ups and driving productivity through process optimisation. She brings a wealth of experience in organisational restructuring, including offshore transitions and has successfully delivered specialist projects to improve profitability. Her hands-on approach and genuine passion for personal and professional development make her a sought-after mentor, operator and coach, who has helped numerous recruiters advance into leadership roles.
