Dominic is an esteemed member of the Institute of Turnaround and the Institute of Interim Managers, two of the UK’s most respected bodies for accredited turnaround and interim management experts. With an outstanding track record in delivering successful transformations across PE, FTSE 100 and Small Cap companies, Dominic is known for his ability to drive value creation and business performance improvement in a wide range of industries.
With over two decades of experience in high-growth and turnaround environments, Dominic has led major operational management initiatives across diverse sectors, including wholesale distribution, logistics, supply chain, industrial manufacturing and facilities management. His leadership style is defined by his hands-on approach, working directly with executive teams to break down barriers to change, ensuring companies realise their maximum potential.
From acting as an Interim COO to leading global manufacturing operations as an Interim Global Manufacturing Director, Dominic has a proven ability to adapt to challenging business environments and deliver results quickly. He has played a pivotal role in ERP, DDMRP, WMS, and CRM implementations, driving process improvements and enabling businesses to operate at peak efficiency.
Dominic’s expertise spans multiple disciplines, from business strategy and C-suite leadership to sales and marketing and global supply chain optimisation. His vast experience in multi-site operations, P&L management and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) provides a critical advantage to businesses navigating complex operational and financial challenges. He is a strong advocate for Lean Six Sigma methodology and continuous improvement, always seeking to enhance organisational performance through effective change management and process optimisation.
