Edward’s expertise spans transformation and carve-out programmes with experience across aviation, transport & logistics, financial services, FMCG, retail and investment banking. His global perspective, having led initiatives throughout EMEA and the USA, combined with his dynamic, people-oriented leadership style, ensures outcome-driven solutions and empowered teams that consistently deliver excellence.

Edward has a proven track record in implementing new organisational designs and effectively restructuring resources. He is highly skilled in leading complex business separations and carveouts, including those bound by Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and backed by private equity. Known for his ability to swiftly mobilise delivery teams, Edward seamlessly integrates them within existing corporate ecosystems, using outcome-focused resourcing models to drive success.
Transformation Expertise
With extensive experience in large-scale transformations, Edward has successfully led programmes with budgets exceeding £120 million. His expertise spans turnaround and recovery programmes, where he employs cutting-edge techniques to synchronise business strategies with the rapid delivery of measurable outcomes. Edward is also a specialist in large-scale system transformations, including ERP, HCM, and CRM integrations, providing comprehensive overhauls for corporate systems.
A Glimpse into Edward’s Transformational Impact
As Interim CIO for an EMEA Consultancy & Services Company, Edward guided the consolidation of IT divisions across four countries, supporting a 20,000-user base on a £60 million budget. He achieved strategic outcomes within the first year, laying the groundwork for a three-year roadmap. As Interim CIO for the GB Division of a Global Transport Leader, Edward led the preparatory phases for group-wide integration, establishing a five-year strategic plan and restructuring a 53-person IT team. As Organisational Transformation Director for a Global FMCG, he optimised the IT operating model for a 30,000-user base, achieving cost efficiencies and enhancing business interaction capabilities. Additionally, as Separation Director for a major UK airport, Edward led the technology carveout for Stansted from Heathrow, overseeing all technical and business process separations on an £18 million budget.
